Anchor Design Build Group (Anchor DBG), a national engineer and general contractor in the residential development, commercial, and warehousing/logistics construction industry that offers a team focused work environment, is seeking highly qualified Civil Engineer-Land Development Experience.

SUMMARY
In this role you will generate conceptual and comprehensive design plans using Civil 3D that ensure functionality and performance for the client's project needs. Ability to engage, establish rapport, and communicate effectively with coworkers is a need for the position. This role demands entry-level proficiency, as well as fundamental knowledge and understanding of all job duties, as well as the ability to follow the guidance of more experienced team members and complete assignments on schedule.

What You Will Be Doing

As an designer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing Civil Land Development Project
• Coordinating with Local Jurisdictions
• Designing and implementing projects.
• Site planning
• Erosion control
• Storm drainage
• Sanitary sewer
• Grading Concepts
• Technical design.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate).
• Ability to apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
• Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S in Civil Engineering
• FE/PE License
• Proficient in AutoCAD C3D
