-Manage the venue in the absence of the General Manager and capable at a good level of managing day to day operations of our escape room business. -Manage all staff on duty. -Support with staff training and standards. -Responsible for day to day guest satisfaction and delivery of escape games. -Create the daily reports required by Management. -Responsible for cash handling, payments and guest issues. In addition to these tasks the Keyholder would need to be competent at the Game Mastering/Game Hosting as follows: -Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience). -Reset games after they have been played. -Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation. -Upsell games to customers. -Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers. -Maintain safety standards. -Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around the venue to high standards. -Standing for extended periods.
