James is the Founder and President of Harbin Home Outfitters (H2O), where he combines his skills as a registered nurse and medical social worker to decrease the incidence of falls in the elderly and disabled populations across the southeast. While H2O's current services center around home accessibility with ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps, bathroom modifications, and aging in place services, James' team is pioneering new services including concierge home care, composite modular wheelchair ramps, and motion-activated fall prevention technologies. James holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and an Associate of Science. He is also an avid musician, golfer, and never misses an Alabama football game.
