Ryley graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance, and has since gotten married and moved to Fairhope. Growing up near Lake Martin, Ryley’s love for the water began as a child, so she feels right at home in Baldwin County. Ryley enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors with her husband and two Labrador retrievers. While attending Auburn University, Ryley was active with Student Government Association as director of City Relations. Her activism in Auburn has carried over to her life in Fairhope, and she hopes she can make a difference.

Ryley hopes that her clients fall in love with the Eastern Shore just as she did. She feels there is truly no better place in the state to raise a family and grow. Whether it’s the schools, the beaches or the shopping, it does not take long to realize that those who live in Baldwin County are truly so lucky to live here.

My name is Derek, and I am a local merchant services provider. I started my career in the hospitality & tourism industry as a director of marketing for a group of restaurants. Stephanie Collins, PhD, MSN, FNP-C has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She enrolled into University of South Alabama and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her experiences gained through hospitals, nursing homes, public health departments, and geriatric home health care led to her obtaining a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education of Public Health Education and a Ph.D. in Nursing Education and Nursing Administration. Her experiences as a nurse include staff nursing, women’s health, pediatric and geriatric care, research on developmental delay, as well as care and clinical coordinator. Nursing is a lifetime journey of learning and leadership opportunities.

As a kid, I always had a goal of moving to Baldwin county when I became an adult. DREAM COME TRUE! I am married, and blessed with a son & a daughter - Neal & Maggie. I graduated from Huntingdon College in 2018 with a degree in Business Management. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, & neighbors, going to the hunting camp, being near the water, discovering new restaurants, taking my kids to "the mouse house", and photography.
