Winter Birding Cruise

Come along with birding enthusiasts from throughout the Gulf Coast region as we explore one of the richest bird habitats in the nation! Expert members of the Audubon Eastern Shore Birders will help guide us in identification of the numerous species found in the lower Mobile-Tensaw Delta. The cruise departs the Historic Blakeley State Park dock at 9:30 AM on January 17th for a two-hour excursion through the scenic waterways of the Delta before docking at the Bluegill Restaurant on the causeway for lunch. We return to Blakeley no later than 1 PM. Enjoy this special cruise from the comfort of the Delta Explorer, our 50-passenger covered pontoon boat. Equipped with bench seating and a restroom, the boat is piloted by licensed captains. Tickets include lunch. $40
