Description
The wine industry is ever evolving and many new winemakers are popping up on the scene while others are introducing new and innovative winemaking methods we should be talking of. During this class, our Wine Director William Jones will introduce each of you to a few of these producers and discuss their winemaking styles, and what makes them such a conversation. Chef Emily Ackerman will pair a bite with each of these wines!
