Description

The Daphne Public Library presents renowned Alabama historian Dr. Wayne Flynt, who will present a program on his recently published book, Mockingbird Songs: My Friendship with Harper Lee, at the Daphne Civic Center. Flynt has written 13 books, two that have been Pulitzer Prize nominees, focusing on the economic and social fabric of Alabama. Programming in conjunction with “The Great American Read,” and the upcoming eight-part television series of the same name, by PBS (Fall 2018). Dr. Flynt will be part of the television series.
