Come and see what recovery looks like first hand, and help us celebrate freedom from addiction. The Shoulder of The Central Gulf Coast Inc. is a non-profit residential substance abuse treatment facility licensed by the Alabama Department of Mental Health. This is our annual fundraiser and we depend on support from the community to continue to offer affordable substance abuse treatment.
