For our January Art of Mixology, we’ve invited Seth and Vicki Dettling down from Atmore for a special Bourbon dinner featuring their Dettling expressions. ‘Founded in early 2014 by Seth and Vicki Dettling, Big Escambia Spirits set out to build a family-owned distillery capable of challenging our favorite spirit categories, with exceptional ingredients and processes. Big Escambia Spirits is currently building additional capacity to meet future needs. Big Escambia Spirits staff currently handle the final third of the agricultural process, while moving towards a 100% in-house farming operation in the near future.’ Join us on this special night featuring Alabama’s own Dettling Bourbon! What Is Included: 3 cocktails and 2 neat pours, all featuring different Dettling expressions: Dettling Platinum, Dettling Single Barrel Cask Strength, Detting BIB. 3-course dinner prepared by Chef (Menu Coming Soon).
