Get ready for a glowing good time in Downtown OWA — HalGLOWeen! On Saturday, October 19^th, the night will light up with spooky fun for all ages. Enjoy free glow-in-the-dark activities all night, including yard games, crafts, and a graffiti wall. The Bubble Truck will take glowing fun to the next level with neon, colored foam bubbles. Plus, remember to grab a picture with costumed stilt walkers roaming the walkways in Downtown OWA! Bring your friends, and don’t miss out on a glow-tastic experience!
