July 5 – 19, 2016 - Qualifying Period
July 26, 2016 - Absentee Voting Begins
August 18, 2016 – Last day to APPLY for absentee ballot
August 22, 2016 – Last day to return your hand-delivered absentee ballot is the close of business (5:00 p.m.)
August 23, 2016 – Last day to receive mailed absentee ballots Must be postmarked by August 22nd and received by noon!
August 23, 2016 – Election Day - Poll Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM
August 30, 2016 – Canvass the Election - 10:00 a.m. Council Chambers
Run-off Elections
September 6, 2016 – Absentee Voting Begins
September 29, 2016 – Last day to APPLY for absentee ballot
October 3, 2016 – Last day to RETURN YOUR Hand-Delivered absentee ballot is the close of business (5:00 p.m.)
October 4, 2016 – Last day to RECEIVE MAILED absentee ballots. Must be postmarked by October 3rd and received by noon!
October 4, 2016 – Run-off Election - Poll Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
