Description
Our July Misfit Adventure will be beer Yoga at True Yoga Therapy.
There will be beer on hand or you are welcome to bring your own (2 beers/person max).
This will be a beginner-friendly yoga class that incorporates beer drinking into the practice itself.You can expect it to be both fun and refreshing!
