From physical therapy and mindfulness activities to medication and lifestyle changes, there are many ways to help safely reduce pain levels and improve overall functioning. The public is invited to learn more by attending a complimentary lunch and learn event in Fairhope, AL featuring Dr. Elliott Pennington, fellowship-trained pain management specialist with the Baldwin Bone & Joint orthopaedic team. Dr. Pennington will speak on, “Understanding Chronic Pain – Offering Hope Through Relief and Management Tools.”
