Blue Mullet plays original tunes and covers standards from the early days of bluegrass and old time music by some of the greats like the Carter Family, Jimmy Rogers and the Father of Bluegrass Music, Bill Monroe. To keep things interesting for themselves and their audiences, they also pull from Western Swing, Folk, Blues and other musical influences and traditions. Gather around the bonfire to hear stories and legends with popular local storyteller Irene Wegner. Wegner has been entertaining audiences with her professional performances for more than 30 years. She specializes in old folk tales told long ago on porches I the swamps and deep, dark woods. The Good Guys mobile food unit will be on site with burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. Just bring a chair!
