Description
The second show of the season is Lend Me a Soprano by Ken Ludwig, directed by Robin Ann Paige. In this hilarious screwball comedy, a famous visiting opera singer, Elana Firenzi, is supposed to help put the Cleveland Grand Opera Company on the map with her special one-night performance in Carmen. Instead, a series of mishaps and mistaken identities leaves the manger’s mousy assistant, Jo, thrust into the role and trying to save the day.
