Hope for the Holidays

Fairhope Christian Church will host a presentation offering helpful resources to cope with loss and grief which can be amplified and more stressful during the holidays. "Hope for the Holidays" will offer helpful resources to individuals and loved ones to aid them in planning for this special time of year. Principles, guidelines, and practical suggestions will be shared, many will be in handouts to take home. Our presenter will be Jim Clifford, retired pastor and hospice chaplain. Jim resides in Fairhope and was previously a part-time staff member with Community Grief in Birmingham, offering support group leadership and grief counseling services. A (free) dinner will be offered, so please mark "going" on Fairhope Christian Church's Facebook page under the event if you plan to participate so we will have enough to serve all!
