Join us for leadership development and networking! Presented by Express Employment Professionals of Baldwin County and Mobile. Many leaders think of holding people accountable in a punitive manner. However, there are methods to review accountability that are much more effective and productive.
In this program, you will learn:
- How to get your team members to perform to the best of their ability;
- How important it is that your vision and each team member's vision align;
- How to best help a struggling team member.
