Description
Experience the Golden Age of Aviation - Fly on the Ford Tri-motor. Hosted by EAA Chapter 485, Pensacola, FL and Sponsored by Continental Aerospace Technologies. There will be antique aircraft including warbirds, vintage training aircraft, experimental aircraft and vintage automobiles. The highlight of the event though is this 1928 Ford TriMotor aircraft. It will be available to take a ride in which is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. The airplane is 90 years old but has been fully restored to a pristine condition. The Ford TriMotor was the first US airplane to be used in transcontinental air passenger service so seeing it and riding in it is a rare opportunity. This will be a fun event for the whole family!
