Fairhope Christian Church presents “Hope - and Help - for the Holidays”

The holidays are both a special and stressful time for many and for those who have experienced a loss, it may be even more stressful. Hope for the Holidays is a presentation offering helpful resources to individuals and loved ones to aid them in planning for this special time of year. We will explore and discuss loss and grief in the context of the holidays. Some principles, guidelines, and practical suggestions will be shared, many of these will be in handouts. Our presenter will be Jim Clifford, retired pastor and hospice chaplain. Jim resides in Fairhope and was previously a staff member with Community Grief in Birmingham, offering support group leadership and grief counseling services.
