Crafted in Oregon's renowned Willamette Valley, and blended just this February by our owners Robert and Bentley Evans, Chef Bill Briand, and Wine Director Will Jones. This stunning Pinot is a blend of grapes from three unique vineyards on the Left Coast property as a custom wine for Deep Roots Restaurant Group.
Our team has taken several trips out to Oregon to ensure the perfect blend, tasting through all the varietals available and finally landing on this stunning, balanced flavor profile!
With tasting notes of black cherry, ripe strawberry, clove, violet, and cocoa we promise it will be love at first sip. Our Pinot Noir will be a fast favorite on the menu, pairing perfectly with menu mainstays like the pork belly, our beloved stuffed quail, and even lighter fare like the golden beets salad!
Keeping it close to home and as local as possible, the bottle features a label with artwork commissioned right here in Fairhope by local artist, Maggie Stickney.
