Description
Bay Awakening is an annual luncheon benefiting Mobile Baykeeper's work for clean water, clean air, and healthy communities. Mayor Sandy Stimpson will give the welcome address, providing an update on our city and the important role our natural resources play in our lifestyles and livelihoods. We're thrilled to announce that this year's guest speakers are Julian and Kim MacQueen, owners of Innisfree Hotels, which took flight with their first hotel in Mobile in 1985. Julian is a lover of aviation. He and Kim recently flew their HondaJet from port city to port city during a trip "Around The World in 80 Stays." Their travels broke boundaries and world records while discovering new ways to be hospitable and philanthropic, and exploring the vast waterways that connect our world.
