Description
Join our community on the Third Thursday of the month for an opportunity to connect and learn at our Alzheimer's and Dementia support group. You will find practical and emotional support while learning about community resources, coping strategies, and more. Our support group is open to families, caregivers, individuals living with dementia, and others impacted by the disease. Lunch will be provided.
